Sinziana Wellness was created from the initiative to empower you to take control of your wellness through education, support, and personalized programs such as yoga classes, workshops and events. I believe that everyone has the potential to live a vibrant and fulfilling life while feeling deeply connected with his/ her body.
Yoga has the power to change your mood and perspective and to enrich your life through its practices.
I teach the principals of yoga which combines the 8 limbs of yoga: yama (virtues), niyama (personal observances), asana (postures), pranayama (breathing technique), pratyahara (control of your senses), dharana (concentration), dhyana (meditation) and samadhi (bliss).
My services include one-to-one yoga classes, corporate yoga, wellness and nutritional consultation
for living a balanced life, as well as group yoga classes in-personal and online. I am a trained Hatha and Ashtanga yoga teacher and I have 14 years of experience with these practices. Over the years I learned from masters of yoga the principles of living a simple, yet fulfilling life, by staying humble and continuing to grow through this discipline, called yoga.

My other side of the story. Before Sinziana Wellness, I organised worldwide events in the sports industry. I am also a trained Chef from Hofmann Barcelona, and cooking will always be a craft close to my heart. I used to cook and do hospitality for medium and small companies but now I use this skill in my healthy cooking classes which you can also book via My Services. I am a marketing professional as well and sometimes I teach the fundamentals of digital marketing at a university in Barcelona. I am consulting on various marketing strategies for small and medium companies and I would love to collaborate with your wellness project. You can book a consultation via My Services.
